Women's Softball Association of Greater Willimantic
WSAGW
Backpack Drive 2026
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
What an incredible community effort!
Together, the B.P.O.E. #1311 Elks and the Women’s Softball Association of Greater Willimantic (WSAGW) were able to fill and deliver 263 backpacks to help local students get ready for the new school year!
A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated school supplies, backpacks, money, and their time to make the Back to Books Blitz such a success. Your generosity will make a real difference for children in our community.
We are so proud of what we accomplished together!
263 backpacks. One amazing community. Countless smiles.
Thank you for helping us give back!
Boombox Parade 2026
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support and represent the Women's Softball Association of Greater Willimantic in this year's Boombox Parade!
Our players, families, and volunteers had a great time walking the parade route, sharing smiles, and handing out hundreds of ice pops to help everyone stay cool in the summer heat. Seeing our community come together is what makes events like this so special.
Thank you to everyone who waved, cheered us on, and stopped to say hello. We are proud to be part of such an amazing community and look forward to participating again next year!
Jimmy Fund 2026
